About

Research grounded in the realities of work.

I connect organizational research with the practical challenges facing leaders and professionals.

Dr. Abi Sriharan

Curiosity, evidence, and practical experience.

As a management consultant, organizational strategist, and leadership advisor, I have worked with CEOs, executive teams, boards, entrepreneurs, and public sector leaders across Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin America, and North America.

These experiences inform how I approach research and education: begin with consequential questions, bring evidence into the discussion, and create opportunities to examine assumptions and test ideas.

My work focuses on knowledge-intensive organizations, where expertise and judgment are central. I explore how technological innovation changes professional roles, how organizations learn, and what enables people to build meaningful and sustainable working lives.

I want my research to help organizations perform well and help people experience better work.
